Data files

• Culture Example: Culture_en.xls (English version), Culture_fr.xls (version française) – SPAD project that performs data coding and multiple correspondence analysis (MCA).
  The data set is used in the Chapter 5 of the book Geometric Data Analysis) (2004).


• The French Worker Survey: data file Workers.xls and SPAD project.
  This dataset is used in the chapter Interpreting Axes in MCA (1998).


• Leisure dataset: Leisure.xls (English version) – description of the dataset.

• Parkinson data set: Parkinson.xls.

• Political space data set: SPSS file or Excel File .

  This data set is used in the monograph Multiple Correspondence Analysis (2010), see the archived SPAD project.

Software - R scripts

• The software SPAD (contact : Annick Voituriez) includes a very comprehensive module about the methods of Geometric Data Analysis (bi-weigjted PCA, specific MCA, concentration ellipses, interpretation of axes using the method of contributions, etc.) as well as efficient tools for exploring textual data.
