Combinatorial Inference in Geometric Data Analysis

For each case study, you will find the data file of data in Excel format as well as the SPAD project that permits to perform the analyses presented in Chapter 6.

The R scripts interfaced with SPAD software must be downloaded then installed in the directory of "interfaced scripts" chosen by the user.

To use the R scripts (interfaced or not) with SPAD software, first install R software independently of SPAD software.
Then, to use the Plug-in, install and set up the SPADR library provided by SPAD: to this end, go to the "Tools/Preference" menu, then to the item "Scripts/Script R" and after proceed to the setting of parameters of R for SPAD by specifying the R installation repertory and of libraries by clicking on Install/Update and indicate a script directory.
