I teach computer science and mathematics applied to artificial intelligence and computer vision (see more). I am responsible for an apprenticeship training at the Master level Vision and Intelligent Machine, and co-leader of a double degree in this field with the University of Tunis El Manar (National School of Engineering of Tunis).

My scientific and human heritage is linked to one of the pioneers of computer science in France, Prof. George Stamon. After having worked in robotics and aerial imaging, my research specializes in an expanding field: computational pathology and its application in particular to immunotherapy through the development of new biomarkers or companion tests (see more).

Finally, I apply my experience as part of a project at the University level about Student Entrepreneurship in connection with the PEPITE CreaJIdF. This mission materializes at the European level in the Chair Circle U. "Student Led Entrepreneurship for Sustainability" that I occupy in particular for the organization of international challenges for students and partners of civil society.

Qinghe Zeng is working on the interpretation of large scale and high content images of HES Whole Slide Images of hepato-carcinoma tissue. Specifically, by training deep learning models, we aim at linking immune signature to their phenotypic interpretation in images as the clinician is used to during his/her clinical practice. The benefits for the patient would be a better (in the sense more accessible) diagnostic and for the physicians (especially oncologists) a better understanding or design of bio-markers to characterize tumors at a personlized level.
