Jan. 2020-Dec. 2022: I am the principal investigator for the grant project "New Gene-Environment Interaction Detection Method for Cancer Diseases". For more information visit the website.
The grant is funded by LNCC (140k euros). It is a methodological project in genetic epidemiology.
This year, Marie Chion is financed by LNCC to work as a Postdoc on this project. The Postdoc description is available here. Modibo Diabaté was my former Postdoc (also financed by LNCC), he worked on this project from October 2020 until August 2021.
I am currently offering a Master 2 internship on the subject quantile regression for censored data - application to a meta analysis on ovarian cancer treatments. This internship will be supervised by Aurélien Latouche and myself.
