I am a maître de conférences (assistant professor) at
Université Paris Cité, where I am a member of the applied mathematics
laboratory MAP5. I am
also an associated researcher in the Exposome and Heredity team
of the INSERM Center for Epidemiology and Population Health (CESP).
Research
I am interested in developing and/or applying new statistical methods
to analyze interesting medical and epidemiological data. My recent
research interests include:
- Machine learning methods for survival data
- Causal mediation analysis
- Signatures of mutational processes in cancer genomes
- Statistical analysis of high dimensional omics data
- Pairwise and network meta-analyses
